Create organization user

Assign only the highest applicable geography. Every district, Block / Municipal Corporation and Village / Basti beneath that boundary is granted automatically.
Choose one or more districts, or Select all. Leave blank for Organization Admin or State User.
Choose one Block / Municipal Corporation only to restrict access to it and its Villages / Bastis.
Choose one Village / Basti only to restrict access to it.

Organization setup

Organization boundaries are enforced by the server. Every user must belong to one organization.

Create a controlled master record

Every record receives a permanent, human-readable ID. IDs are never recycled.

Bulk master creation

Download the controlled Excel template for one master type, complete only its unlocked input cells, then upload it for validation before creating records.
Keep the downloaded file name unchanged. The app accepts only that exact file.
